• Information you provide. When you request early access, we collect your name, work email address, firm, and role. If you participate in the early access program, we may also collect information you provide on calls, in feedback prompts and surveys, and in correspondence with us.
• Usage information. If you are provisioned with access to the Isaac platform, we collect information about how you use it, such as login activity, features used, and interactions with signals, together with standard technical data (browser type, device, IP address).

• To respond to your early access request, including sending you an informational overview of Isaac automatically after you submit the request form;
• to contact you about the early access program, arrange calls, and provision and administer evaluation access;

• to send you updates about Isaac and our products that we believe are relevant to your professional role (you can opt out at any time);
• to operate, secure, and improve the Services; and
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only with:

• service providers who help us operate the Services (such as website hosting, email delivery, CRM, and analytics providers), under obligations to protect the information;
• professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants) where necessary;
• authorities or other parties where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others; and
• a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, for the duration of our commercial relationship or dialogue with you and for a reasonable period afterwards — and as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 6).

The Services are operated from the United States and are directed at professional users. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States. The Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
