Daryn Kutner
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Isaac is the product of three decades of institutional market experience. Daryn brings the dual perspective of having sat on both sides of the institutional desk. His deep SME, honed as Head of European and US Equity Trading at Morgan Stanley and then as founder of broker Olivetree Group (Sell Side), informs the product's core intelligence. He identified the "coverage gap" while operating daily on the buy side at his own fund, DMK Capital Advisors, where he built Isaac to address an acute, daily operational necessity: conviction he's since carried into his role as CEO/CIO of Toscafund.
Lee McSorley
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
The architect of our financial intelligence engine. Lee spent 20 years in hedge fund fintech, where he built fund-of-funds management software at Caliburn Capital (subsequently sold to eVestment) and led product development at OTAS. For the past three years, Lee has been building AI agent products as founder of Exspace, creating software that writes and executes its own code. He bridges the gap between complex AI agents and mission-critical financial workflows.
Lori Anne Lo Presti
Chief Business Officer
Lori Anne provides the institutional backbone necessary for scaling enterprise-grade solutions. A foundational builder of electronic trading systems at Credit Suisse, she went on to co-establish Tradeweb Europe, scaling the business from a startup into a leading fixed-income trading platform. As Head of Sales, Marketing, and Client Services, she managed the entire institutional lifecycle, building high-performing teams, designing infrastructure, and creating the scalable processes required to win over Tier-1 clients. She ensures Isaac meets the rigorous compliance and operational standards required by major institutions from day one.
Sukh Bachal
Chief Revenue Officer
A pioneer in the transition to electronic trading who successfully drove adoption on skeptical desks decades before AI was the industry standard. Sukh brings a unique perspective, having spent her career both on the sales trading side and within vendor technology. Most recently, she was responsible for AI strategy and adoption at a subsidiary of J.P. Morgan, where she bridged the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world execution. She understands exactly how to cross the chasm from "interesting tech" to "essential workflow," differentiating between hype and true utility.
